Description

Southeast Missouri State University seeks to pre-qualify General Contractors, who will be invited to bid Stadium Phase II project. Project scope includes construction of a new 6-story building that includes locker rooms for football and women’s soccer; team meeting rooms, office space for Athletics Administration and game day operations, and a multipurpose space. This structure will be located adjacent to the existing Houck Fieldhouse and stadium.

The project scope and constricted site requires contractor experience with similar projects including extensive logistical and scheduling experience. General contractors wishing to be pre-qualified will be evaluated on successful completion of similar projects, experience of key personnel, bonding capacity and references.

The complete Request for Qualifications can be requested from Staci Pepple at spepple@semo.edu or 573-986-6728.
