The Project consists of but not limited to:
Removal and disposal of two layers of siding, windows, and doors. Air sealing, insulating and re-cladding exterior walls, and replacement of windows, storm doors, and exterior doors for 12 residential townhouse buildings at Stadium Courts family development (86 dwelling units). Entry porch roofs to be re-roofed, as well as sections of high roofs beside exterior walls being reclad. Removal and installation of new circuits through basement for wall-mounted fixtures and installation of new receptacles at porches. Removal of clothes dryer exhaust ducts and terminations through basement windows and installation of new ducts and terminations through walls. Wall-mounted fixtures, appurtenances, and through-wall utility penetrations to be extended to new drainage plane, with new terminations and fixtures provided, and some existing to be re-installed. The development will be occupied during construction. RRP licenses for each trade and Work Plans for Compliance with Lead Spec Section are required. A freestanding Mock-up for early
review by the Owner, Department, and Architect is required.
General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidders Update Statement.
