Project Description: The purpose of this request for proposals (“RFP”) is for the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (“DHHS”, the conducting procurement unit) to enter into a five-year contract with a single qualified Offeror to provide Stabilization and Mobile Response services in the Western Region. DHHS wishes to have services begin on September 18, 2026. A description of the services is in Attachment A - Scope of Work (“SOW”) posted with this RFP.
