The City of Durham Department of Neighborhood Improvement Services will open bids
at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2026, for the stabilization of residential structures.

Contractors wishing to submit bids are invited to be present at 2709 Fayetteville St
Durham, NC 27707 (116329) on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. for a mandatory
pre bid conference and site walk thru. Specifications and a complete description of
deliverables may be obtained at the mandatory pre bid conference on Tuesday, July
14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
The bids must be submitted electronically to Robb Damman,
robb.damman@durhamnc.gov, prior to the above bid opening date and time. This is an
informal bid, and the bid opening will not be formal or public.
The City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities,
and/or accept such bid as appears in its judgement to be in the best interest of the City.
