St. Vrain Motor Vehicle Remodel – Plumbing and HVAC

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the site on December 20, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We will meet outside the main entrance of the Motor Vehicle offices at the St. Vrain Hub located at 529 Coffman Street, Longmont, CO 80501. Please show up at least 10 minutes early to sign in and be ready to go directly after 10am.

Introduction: Boulder County Building Services (“BCBS” and/or “Owner”), a division of the Public Works Department, will be remodeling and upgrading interior spaces, including the Motor Vehicle department, within the St. Vrain Hub facility at 529 Coffman Street in Longmont, CO. Plumbing work involves adding a new restroom as well as revising the existing public washrooms to meet ADA requirements. Portions of the Mechanical system will be revised to accommodate new floor plans, primarily relocating supply ducts, and replacing a rooftop exhaust fan. Existing AHU (air handling unit) and VAV’s (variable air volume) to remain.
