DESCRIPTION OF WORK OF THIS CONTRACT
Fee proposals are being requested from qualified engineers to furnish design services for the 1st
Street Enhancements and Utility Improvements - Yellowstone Highway to Casper Creek, City
Project No. 24-033 and WYDOT Project STP-EN3411120.

SUBMISSION OF QUALIFICATION STATEMENTS
In submitting a proposal for this project, the Consultant shall prepare and submit in QuestCDN
vBID one (1) detailed fee schedule with an upset amount for each fee schedule as covered by the
Scope of Services in the RFP, and the Consultant shall also submit one (1) copy of the non-priced
technical proposal. Responses to the Request for Proposals for design and construction services
will be received until 4:00 p.m., local time, August 11, 2026.
REJECTION OF PROPOSALS
The City of Casper reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and to waive informalities
and minor irregularities in submissions received, and to accept any portion of a proposal or all
items, if deemed in the best interest of the City of Casper.
