Quote Instructions:

Quote to be submitted via sealed envelope by 2:00 P.M. on January 7, 2025, to the Bixby City Clerk, located at 116 W. Needles, Bixby OK 74008. Project reference shall be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope.

Contract award:       Contract award will be considered at the City Council Meeting on                                              January 13, 2025.

Contract Time:         5 days

Project Scope:         The work shall consist of: Remove & replace encased 140’ of 12” C-                                        900.

Notes:

Remove approximately 140LF of existing water line, tie in new water line to existing bend south side of Sheridan. All fittings to be mega-lug restrained. All joints shall have bell joint restraints and trace wire shall be installed to city specs. Contractor will not be permitted to close any lanes of Hwy 67. Any traffic control required will be the responsibility of the contractor and cost to be included within other pay items. Regrade and sod disturbed areas.
