91st St Resurfacing RFQ

The Village of Evergreen Park is soliciting Requests for Qualifications for IDOT Pre-Qualified engineering firms to provide Design and Construction Engineering Services for the 91 ^st Street Resurfacing between Kedzie Avenue and California Avenue.   This project is being funded through a combination of Federal STP and Local funds and must adhere to all Village, State, and Federal requirements.

Sealed Qualifications for this project must be received before 10:00am on April 30, 2026, at the Village Clerk’s office, 9418 S Kedzie Avenue, Evergreen Park, Illinois 60805.   All Submittals must labeled “91 ^{S t} Street Resurfacing Engineering RFQ”, and include a Conflict of Interest Form and must not contain any cost information.

Qualifications will be evaluated, and the top three qualified firms will be ranked for the purpose of negotiating a contract.  Interviews may be scheduled with firms if necessary.
