ST-343 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION 2026

The City of Durham will open sealed formal Bids submitted by Bidders at 2:00 PM on Wednesday,

December 10, 2025 for “Contract ST-343, Pavement Preservation 2026”, on 3rd floor, 101 City

Hall Plaza, Durham, North Carolina. This project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor,

equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the asphalt preservation of various streets

throughout the City of Durham.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE

Bidders are encouraged to attend the virtual pre-bid conference at 2:00 PM on Thursday,

November 20, 2025. The pre-bid meeting will be “virtual” for which the details will be provided 24

hours in advance, in the project web page: https://durhamnc.gov/5434.

LICENSED BIDDERS

Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City

Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must

include a non-collusion affidavit.
