Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the St. Martin Parish Government, at the office of St. Martin Parish Government, 301 W. Port Street, St. Martinville, LA 70582, or online at http://www.centralbidding.com, until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 11, 2025, for:

ST. MARTIN PARISH CONSOLIDATED WATERWORKS DISTRICT #4 WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT I – ST. MARTIN INDUSTRIAL PARK PLANT UPGRADES FOR THE
ST. MARTIN PARISH GOVERNMENT

and the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids received after the specified time will not be considered.
The Project Consists of Furnishing Materials, Labor, and Equipment to Construct and Install New Pumps, Valves, Flow Meters, and Associated Work for the Water Treatment Plant Upgrades.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at the office of St. Martin Parish Government, 301 W. Port Street, St. Martinville, LA 70582.
