herein prescribed and according to the requirements of the COUNTY as therein set forth, furnish the Contractor's
Bonds and Insurance specified in the General Conditions of the Contract, and to do all other things required of the

Bidder will complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Agreement for the following
price(s):
NOTE: BIDDER MUST PROVIDE BID PRICE FOR:
Project Description: Potential bidders are invited to submit proposals for the construction of the new
Wakulla County St. Marks Fire Station.
The work will consist of, but is not limited to, the construction of a new 4,967 square foot building
which is comprised of concrete foundation, steel and metal framing will be used for the exterior walls,
and the roof will consist of metal trusses and deck with a standing seam metal roof. New HVAC,
plumbing, and electrical systems will be required as well as site work and utilities. Site work will
consists of, but not limited to, debris removal, perimeter fence removal, asphalt paving, concrete
driveway, utility connection and any other scope shown in the documents.
The total funding available for this project is $1,926,172.00. Funding is provided by the Division of the
State Fire Marshal. No federal provisions apply to this procurement.
