Description - This project is a renovation & addition to St. Joseph Catholic School's Early Education Center.

The building addition is 13,500 SF, wood framed with a masonry facade. It consists of 14 classrooms from infants to 5 year olds along with support spaces and a stairwell to the basement of the existing building.

The renovated space includes one additional classroom & conference space in the existing building.

Additionally in the existing Early Education Center two new bathrooms will be added along with a janitor's closet. This is Alternate #1.

Lastly, a new elevator addition will be placed on the east side of the existing gym that serves the gym, auxiliary gym, and basement of the gym. This is alternate #2.

This project is slated to break ground in June 2026 with a 12 month duration.
