In accordance with Board Rule 7.70 and F.A.C. 6A-1.012 (12) (d), the following description of commodities or contractual services intended for purchase from a single/sole source will remain posted for a period of seven (7) business days.
Description of Product/Service:

St. John’s Turf Care is currently the exclusive dealer in the state of Florida for selling the ABI Force Brand which includes the ABI Force Z23, HLT and Saber models along with Force Tow behinds with all attachments and parts manufactured by ABI Attachments in Mishawaka, Indiana.
There is no other like item or product available for purchase that would serve the same purpose or function, and there is only one retail price for the ABI Force, zero turn vehicle, models.
