The Purchasing Department has received a sole source request to purchase the following:
Riverton city recreation department is switching the city’s flag football program to NFL FLAG program.
Each participant of NFL FLAG gets a team Jersey and Flag Belt.
The sole source request indicated that because of licensing, the only place to purchase NFL FLAG
equipment including team jersey and flag belt is from RCS Sports.
Please indicate if the sole source request is not valid. Please indicate reasoning.
