SSTMA Walden Pump Station Upgrade

Project Description: Work shall consist of the replacement of the existing suction lift pumps with submersible pumps within the existing wet well. Associated work includes a new valve vault, electrical upgrades and site work which includes installing a new bypass and site demolition of the existing below grade suction lift pump enclosure along with associated site upgrades.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids.
Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.
There will be a Pre-bid Meeting at 10:30 AM on the 30th day of July, 2025 at the Silver Spring Township Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 60 Millfording Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids
