Description

This is an RFI for Urology SPS in West TX. The contractor shall supply all tools, parts, materials, equipment, and supplies for decontaminating, reprocessing, and repackaging reusable medical devices (RMD) for pickup, cleaning and sterilization and shipment back to the San Angelo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) **Please see the attached document for details***PLEASE Read the attached document in its entirety***.
