Description
The purpose of this requirement is to provide construction security services as well as construction security surveillance services to support a secure construction project, separately awarded and administered by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), onboard Keflavik Air Base (KAB), Keflavik, Iceland in accordance with (IAW) the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 series and Department of Defense (DoD) policies.
