SSLC 2026 Crack Seal Project

Invitation to Bid:
The City of South Salt Lake will accept bids for the project titled: SSLC 2026 Crack Seal Project, until 2:00 p.m. on March 3rd, 2026. Bids received after 2:00 p.m. will not be opened. The scope of work for this contract includes furnishing and installing Crack Seal as per Section 32 01 17 of the 2025 edition of the APWA Manual of Standard Specifications. Contractor shall use Elastoflex 650 or equivalent. All required documents for the bidding process shall be directly submitted to Bonfire by 2:00 p.m. on March 3rd, 2026.
Plans and specifications for the project can be obtained from Bonfire or the City Recorder, Ariel Andrus, at aandrus@sslc.gov after 1:00 p.m. on February 10th, 2026. There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Meeting for this project. Bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m. on March 3rd, 2026. Sealed bids will be received based on local prevailing time, bids will be publicly opened and read by the OWNER at the City Council Chambers located on the second floor of 220 East Morris Avenue, South Salt Lake City, Utah 84115. A 5% Bid Security will be required. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
