Description
The VISN 04, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source award under the authority of FAR 12.102-1 for Blood Products. Award shall be with Vitalant of 9305 E Via De Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Simplified acquisition procedures shall be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm priced, indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity for a three-year period. The NAICS code is 621991. This special notice service as the notice of intend to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation or request for orders. A determination by the Government to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
