NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that the Sevier School District, 180 East 600 North, Richfield, Utah, will receive Bid Proposals on or before Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. for the construction of the following: North and South Sevier High Schools Locker Room Remodels These Contract Documents may be examined and digital copies obtained on or after Thursday, January 23, 2025. An electronic copy of the contract documents will be available on U3P or from KMA Architects. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m on Friday, February 7, 2025. All questions and bids must be submitted through U3P. There will be a mandatory pre-bid walk through on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 10 a.m. starting at South Sevier High School. Project Scope: The project consists of the remodeling of 6,470 sq ft on the interior locker room areas at both North and South Sevier High School. It also includes telescoping bleacher upgrades, and mechanical and electrical upgrades that will supply portions of the schools. Project Locations: North Sevier High School, 350 W 400 N, Salina, UT 84654 South Sevier High School, 430 West 100 South, Monroe, Utah 84754 Construction Documents and Scope Sheets (proposal form) must be used for bidding this project and will be provided by KMA Architects. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
