Summary

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) s seeking an analytic reporting tool system upgrade with support services for its existing Automatic Passenger Counting software package for its fixed route services.

Background

JTA is looking for the following features based upon a cloud hosted configuration:

  • Migrates the APC reporting tools from JTA desktop (IBM-SPSS) configuration to a password protected website.
  • Analytical Reports provided via a single-click macro to micro drill down capability.
  • Data stored in cloud-hosted PostgreSQL database available to users via ODBC Connection for direct queries feeding transit agency visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Access, local Dashboards, etc.).
  • Stop and Schedule Reference File Setup & Quality Control.
  • Ability for APC data to be removed from JTA Garage base station computer and placed on a cloud hosted website. Data is readily available to JTA staff via the database with an option for raw data download.
  • Data loss prevention system
  • Incorporation of TBEST variables and analytics.
  • An indefinite number of users to generate analytic reports and data exports.

Reports

  • Global Reports: At a JTA defined time interval (Month, Quarter, Annual or Pick) standard reports are generated in XLSX, PDF, CSV, JPG or TXT format and placed on a cloud hosted location for the immediate ability for staff to download.
  • Ridership reports available the day after a service day for data consumers.

Support Services

  • Analytic report customizations to support JTA staff requests and needs.
  • Tele-support through recorded virtual sessions upon JTA request.
  • NTD Certification support.
  • APC Hardware Maintenance Visit.
