The purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority to enter into a sole source contract with Canvas Solutions, Inc., for a developed mobile application which allows users to access, fill out, and submit various forms on their mobile devices which also includes a desktop version and backend used to create, edit, and control user access and permissions.
Interested providers may submit a brief letter of interest addressing the requirements in the statement of need.
Additionally, please provide a brief background on the service provider, service history and contact information for an individual who would respond to requests for additional information. Provide a completed Certification of Proposer Regarding Debarment form.
Letters of interest will be received by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority until 5:00 P.M. (ET) on Friday, April 11, 2025. Proposers must upload their submission on the JTA OpenGov Procurement Portal by the following link: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/jtafla
Responses must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized by the due date, time, and at the location identified in the Notice (or as amended in an Addendum). No additional promotional or advertising information will be accepted. Late Responses will not be accepted or opened. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
The OpenGov system will stop the submission process at the exact due date and time. If you are in the process of submitting when the due date/time occurs, OpenGov will not allow you to submit your response. The Authority is the official timekeeper and the Authority's determination of the time shall be deemed correct and final.
Note the type and number of files allowed. Uploading large documents may take significant time, depending on the size of the file(s) and your Internet connection speed. The maximum upload file size is 1000 MB. Do not embed any documents within your uploaded files, as they will not be accessible or evaluated. You will receive an email confirmation receipt with a unique confirmation number once you finalize your submission.
