SS298/Franklin Avenue Utility Relocation

Project Description: The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for the SS298/Franklin Avenue Utility Relocation Project. The project generally consists of the relocation of 7,000 linear feet of water line and 4,000 linear feet of wastewater line along SS 298/Franklin Avenue from U.S. Highway 84 to S. Valley Mills Drive and all necessary components as shown on the project drawings and as specified herein.
Contractors will be approved through a prequalification process to submit a bid on this project.
The Work will be substantially completed and in-service in 315 calendar days as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions in 345 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
