This proposed contract action is published to notify potential sources that the USDA Forest Service, Hydrology Laboratory, Southern Research Station, Oxford, MS intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Tri-Star Companies (UIE: C19CTKKZFYA3)

The intent of this project is to make urgent repairs to the HVAC system at the Forest Hydrology Laboratory located at 1000 Front Street, Oxford, MS. The scope includes replacing a failed chiller compressor, repairing a chiller pump and a boiler pump and cleaning the coils for the chiller, Dedicated Outside Air Supply (DOAS) and Samsung units. All components shall be integrated into the existing HVAC controls software. All labor, equipment, and materials are to be supplied by the contractor. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with International Building Codes, ASHRAE standards, NFPA codes, and other applicable codes and standards.
