Description
The City of Rock Hill, SC ("City") is seeking bids from qualified companies to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to construct this project. This is being funded by a loan from the State Revolving Fund. Bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the bid documents, including Davis-Bacon Act requirements, the American Iron and Steel (AIS) provisions, and Disadvantage Business Enterprises efforts and procedures.
