General Notice

City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

SRF Area H, Three Notch Group, Inc., Project No. R133722190

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Panama City Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, until Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 2:00 pm CT. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

This project consists of the replacement of water and wastewater lines, pavement, and curb. The limits of the project are Briarcliff Road off of State Avenue. This project is funded by FDEP-SRF, which has an American Iron and Steel requirement.

The Project shall be substantially complete within 270 days and fully complete within 300 days.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office.
