General Notice
City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
SRF Area D-11
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Panama City Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, until Wednesday, June 14

, 2023, at 2:00 PM CT. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in Room 10 by the Selection Committee, who will then evaluate the bids to ensure responsiveness and will make a recommendation of award.
The Project includes the following Work:
This project consists of the replacement and rehabilitation of water and wastewater lines, pavement, curb, and new sidewalks. The limits of the project are West 14

St. This project is funded by FDEP-SRF, which has an American Iron and Steel requirement.
The Project shall be substantially complete within 270 days and fully complete within 300 days.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 31
