RFP 2026-20 (BP68) – SRAC Upgrades
The Board of Education (BOE) of Southfield Public Schools’ (SPS) will receive sealed bids for the above-
referenced project. Bids are due by Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. EST and will be opened at
11:30 A.M. virtually at the meeting link provided in the bid documents. The BOE will not consider or
accept a Bid received after the due date and time. Sealed Bids must be submitted electronically via
Building Connected - https://app.buildingconnected.com/opportunities/pipeline No physical packets will
be accepted. Bid documents will be available beginning Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 3:00pm and will be
accessible through BuildingConnected, Barton Malow (CAM), and/or www.southfieldk12.org. Bids
must include the following required documentation:
• Familial Disclosure Statement (MCL 380.1267)
• Iran-Linked Business Certification (Public Act 517 of 2012)
• Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid
For projects exceeding $50,000, the successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% Performance
and Payment Bonds in accordance with Michigan law. Southfield Public Schools reserves the right to
reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities in bidding.
