Project Description: Chatham County is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firm(s) to provide Engineering Design Consultant Services for the State Route 204 Safety & Operational Improvements from SR 25/US 17 to King George Blvd. The County presents this "Request for Proposals - Quality Based Selection" (QBS) to describe its needs and those criteria which will be used to determine selection of services.
