INVITATION TO BID
The City of West Richland will receive sealed bids for the
SR 224 RED MOUNTAIN VICINITY IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 2 PROJECT.
Sealed bids will be received
at the Municipal Services Facility, 3100 Belmont Blvd, West Richland, Washington, 99353 until Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
The project provides for the improvements of
SR 224 Phase 2 (MP 2.86 to MP 3.16) in Benton County, by the addition of an asphalt shared use pathway, asphalt driveway, crushed surfacing, storm infiltration galleries, permanent signing, seeding, fertilizing, and mulching and other work in accordance with these Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in surety bond, cash, certified check, or cashier’s check, surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of West Richland.
