NOTICE
In accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated§ 19-11-229(d) and§ 19-11-801 et seq., WSCWA, operators of the water system in Stone County, Arkansas, invite interested entities providing professional services in the state of Arkansas to submit an annual statement of qualifications (SQQ) for legal, financial advisory, architectural, engineering, and land surveying professional consulting services. DO NOT INCLUDE FEES IN YOUR STATEMENT.
As professional services are required, a selection will be made from the statements received, in a fair and transparent manner, in accordance with State statutes, to perform the professional services. WSCWA encourages the participation of DBE/WBE/MBE businesses in its procurement process and activity.
Submit (5) copies of the SQQ by mail to P.O. Box 126, Fox Arkansas 72051, or hand delivery during business hours to WSCWA, Fox Arkansas 72051. Respondents are responsible for all costs associated with preparing and delivering materials in response to this request for this SOQ. Please respond by 1:00 p.m. on May 30, 2025, to be considered for professional services.
WSCWA will procure the services according to the provisions of the ACA §19-11-801 et seq.
