National Research Council of Canada has a requirement for the supply of one sputter coating physical vapour deposition system to support the

characterization of sample materials via scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis methods including energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) or for the physical deposition of thin films onto sample surfaces , for the non-exhaustive applications of electro-catalysis, battery materials, supercapacitor materials, and sorbent materials for carbon dioxide storage.
