Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract from prequalified bidders are invited for the following work: The project is a finish refurbishment of the of the Sproul Cove and Landing Residence Halls. The scope of work applies to floors 1-9 of Sproul Cove and floors 3-9 of Sproul Landing. The work includes replacement of all student room, corridor and lounge flooring as well as painting and new wall protection panels in student rooms and hallway locations as outlined in the bid documents.
