25-002-6 Sprinkler Replacement at Tioga Marine Terminal Building 179

Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (“PhilaPort”) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (“IFB”) to satisfy a need for a Sprinkler Replacement Tioga Marine Terminal Building 179. The work to be performed is described in Part III of this IFB and the Contract Documents (the “Project” or “Work”). All of the Work is required to be performed within one hundred and eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from the date the notice to proceed is issued. If PhilaPort enters into a contract as a result of this IFB, it will be a contract containing the Construction Contract Terms and Conditions as shown in Part IV of this IFB.
