Springville City WRF Primary Clarifier and Digester/Biogas Safety Rehabilitation Project

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY INCORPORATED (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the WRF PRIMARY CLARIFIER AND DIGESTER/BIOGAS SAFETY
REHABILITATION PROJECTS (RFB#2026-010) according to the Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the Springville City Standard Specifications and Drawings Manual, and described in general as:
BID ITEM #1: Refurbish two primary clarifiers as noted in the drawings. Including sandblasting and recoating metal components, replacing items as noted, and replacing drive
motors. This item includes bid additive items as indicated in the Bid Schedule and Design Drawings.
BID ITEM #2: Remove and replace existing gas control and safety equipment as outlined in the drawings. Remove and refurbish digester #3 lid as outlined in the drawings. Refurbish concrete and piping in digesters #3 and #1. Furnish and install new biogas flare.
****A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 10:00 AM (local time) on June 30, 2026.
Address: meeting in front of the Power Plant East of the WWTP, 770 N 425 W, Springville, Utah.
All contractors intending to submit a bid must to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting to obtain relevant information concerning the project and inspect the project site in person. Bidders are advised that information affecting drawings, specifications, conditions, scope of work, etc. may be discussed. This meeting is mandatory.
