Description
The City of Savannah is accepting proposals from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Management at Risk services for the Springfield Terrace School Rehabilitation project. Only electronically submitted proposals though the supplier portal will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Location: Floyd Adams Jr. Complex (Room 104), 20 Interchange Drive, Savannah, GA 31415 to address any questions and/or issues that may have arisen. You are invited to attend.
Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase proposal forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
