Sealed proposals for the Western Springs SPRINGDALE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT will be received at the office of Western Springs Village Clerk, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, IL 60558 until 10:00 AM (local time) on March 24, 2025, immediately after which time and at the same location all bids will be publicly opened and read. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Western Springs Village Hall, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, IL 60558 at 10:00 AM (local time) on March 10, 2025. Plans and proposal forms will be available electronically for a $30 fee on QuestCDN #9247781 via the CBBEL website at www.cbbel.com/bidding-info . Work includes stormwater basin excavation, storm sewer installation, sanitary sewer installation, water main replacement, roadway restoration, parkway/landscaping restoration, and park/ballfield restoration. Contractors must be IDOT Prequalified for 012-Drainage.  This project is partially funded by the MWRD Stormwater Partnership Program. Bids shall be in compliance with MWRD requirements.
