Spring Valley Road and Abrams Road Intersection Improvements

Project Description: The purpose of this project is the removal of the existing northbound and southbound Abrams Road right-turn slip lanes, improvements to sidewalk and barrier-free ramps, replacement of traffic signals, relocation of inlets and storm drain laterals, and pavement marking and striping. The pedestrian improvements will include directional ramps at each corner of the intersection and crosswalk striping. The traffic signal improvements will include a complete replacement of the existing system. For bidding purposes, it is estimated that City will spend approximately $943,000.00 for this project.
