PROPOSAL DUE DATE:Tuesday, January 8, 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bid advertised by the Borough of Highland Park for the above referenced project is hereby amended the Revision/Addendum #1.

This addendum is issued for the purpose of answering a question received for clarification on the requirements with regards to the submission of Guarantee to accompany the bid* pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21”

This addendum includes answers to the following question:

Guarantee to accompany the bid is NOT required.

Please see the revised page attached hereto.

All remaining provisions of the Bid shall remain unchanged.
