Description

In order to be considered for award OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:




  1. Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation per Price Schedule on Attachment 3- Statement of Work (quote on company letterhead) detailing the services to be performed, total price and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote.

  2. Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation.

  3. Submit documentation showing technical capability of vendor and key personnel to perform the service.

  4. Past Performance References- Please see Attachment 4- Past Performance document for what is required.



REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit all items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.



DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
