Spring Garden Street Exterior Door Replacement and Vestibule Renovations of the Mint Building

Project Description: Sealed Bids on behalf of the Community College of Philadelphia, will be accepted online, via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) for the Spring Garden Street Exterior Door Replacement and Vestibule Renovations of the Mint Building until [Bid Opening] for the following contracts:
Contract No. 1: General Construction – Exterior Door Replacement and Vestibule Renovations Bids will be publicly available on PennBid directly after the closing of Bids.
A mandatory pre-Bid meeting will be held on Wednesday 04/09/2025 at 10 am. The attendees are directed to meet at the Meet at the top of the Monumental Stairs of the Mint Building, between 16th & 17th on Spring Garden Street.
Bidding Documents will be available at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com as they become available.
All Bids must be accompanied by a bond with corporate surety or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum will be required from the lowest, responsible bidder for each Contract.
This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
