This project consists of the grind and overlay of arterial roadways at two separate locations in north Spokane – Sprague from Freya to Havana, and Alki/Broadway from Freya to Havana. This project consists of the 26,000 square yards of 2-inch thick HMA pavement and planing of existing HMA pavement, 1,350 square yards of pavement repair excavation, 6,350 square yards of full roadway replacement, 45 square yards of cement concrete sidewalk for ADA ramp construction, 500 lineal feet of curb or curb & gutter, sundry utility adjustments, and other related miscellaneous items.
