The scope of work includes new construction of Five (5) Concession Buildings that consist of 4 Family Restrooms, Chase, and Concession Space in Lexington, NC. All concession stands are identical in design, for any and all associated site work, see Civil Plans.

General contractors are notified that Chapter 87, Article 1, General Statutes of North Carolina, will be observed in receiving and awarding general contracts. General contractors submitting bids on this project must have license classification for "building contractor" or "unclassified" and as required by the NC General Contractors Licensing Board under G.S. 87-1)
