Sports and Security Lighting

Term contract for service/repairs on the sports & security lighting at various City facilities. Repairs with a cost of less than $50,000 per job will also be included in the contract and shall be performed on an "as needed" basis. The successful Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and all other things necessary to perform the work required under this contract.

Mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 2:00PM (Eastern) located at the City of Myrtle Beach Procurement Office, 3231 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. On-time attendance and sign-in are required for bid consideration. Late attendees will not be admitted. No remote attendance options are available. After the meeting, bidders may visit each location and inspect the equipment to be covered under the contract.
