Synopsis:
|
|
A. THE DELIVERABLES
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from proponents for the supply of a diverse range of products of sports and Phys ed equipment for a three-year period with up to two (2) additional one (1) year extensions.
Exact volume of equipment to be supplied are not known at this time however, pricing structures need to be established so that requests for products may be placed as soon as they are required. Sports and Phys ed equipment will be ordered by individual schools on an “as and when” required basis from the successful proponent at the contracted prices during the term of the agreement arising from this RFP. The request is for supply and delivery to each school.
Proponents must be able to provide at least 70% of products on Appendix B pricing form.
