Pursuant to the City of Asheville's Procurement, Purchasing and Contracting Policy, Proposals
will be received by the City of Asheville for the following:
Description of Work:
The requested services shall include but not be limited to providing a variety of officials for one
or more sports offered by the City of Asheville Parks and Recreation Department. The vendor(s)
will be responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, evaluating, background screening, and
processing of all payroll and other records management for one or more of the following athletic
programs they are awarded: Adult Basketball, Adult Flag Football, Adult Softball, Youth
Baseball, Youth Basketball, and Youth Flag Football.
