Intramural and youth sports officiating services at Spangdahlem AB, Germany. Spangdahlem AB offers various sports programs to promote morale, welfare, and recreation. This contract supports the intramural sports program as outlined in DAFI 34-114, paragraphs 3.5 and 3.5.5, DoDI 6060.4, and the National Standards for Youth Sports located in Department of the Air Force Instruction 34-144, Child and Youth Programs
