p.m. in the Council Chambers, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona,
85122.

INTERESTED BIDDERS MAY OBTAIN A COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION BY visiting
our web page at www.casagrandeaz.gov or calling the City Clerk's Office (520) 421-8600.
Competitive sealed bids for the specified material or service shall be received by the City
of Casa Grande Clerk's Office, 510 E. Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122,
until the time and date cited. Bids received by the correct time and date shall be publicly
recorded. The City of Casa Grande takes no responsibility for informing recipients of
changes to the original solicitation documents. Failure to submit amendments with the
solicitation response shall be grounds for deeming bid non-responsive.
Bids must be in the actual possession of the Clerk's Office at the location indicated, on or
prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late proposals shall not be considered.
The prevailing clock shall be the City of Casa Grande City Clerk's office clock.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The Bidder's name and address should
be clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. All bids must be completed in blue
or black ink or typewritten. Questions must be addressed to the persons listed above.
