Synopsis

SPN - The intent of this solicitation and resulting agreement is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to design and administer a survey to evaluate the impact of technical assistance on small businesses. The selected entity’s efforts will collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data and provide a final report summarizing findings and actionable insights.

Amendment Description

Addendum No. 2 incorporates the revisions contained in Addendum No. 1. Accordingly, only addendum No. 2 is required to be signed and returned with the Offeror’s response.

EXTENSION: Responses will be received in PRISM+ until 5:00 pm. EST on the 6th day of July 2026. All corresponding references to the SPN opening/closing date and time shall reflect this change.

THE COUNTY HAS RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS IN RESPONSE TO SPN NO. RFQ N1454. QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES ARE PROVIDED.
