Synopsis

SPN - The intent of this solicitation and resulting agreement is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to design and administer a survey to evaluate the impact of technical assistance on small businesses. The selected entity’s efforts will collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data and provide a final report summarizing findings and actionable insights.

Amendment Description

Arlington County Small Purchase Negotiation (SPN) No. RFQ N1454 for SPN - BIZLAUNCH PROGRAM EVALUATION SURVEY SERVICES is amended as follows:

EXTENSION: Responses will be received in PRISM+ until 5:00 pm. EST on the 30th day of June 2026. All corresponding references to the SPN opening/closing date and time shall reflect this change.
